My First Blog Post

Hey, look! It's my first blog post, on my nice, shiny, new, nice blog! :-D

I wonder where I should start... With a bit about me I guess. :-)

My name is Sarah, I have brown hair, blue eyes and I was born on January 1^st. I am at college doing Fine Art A2, Graphics A2, English Language A2, Film AS and an EPQ. That's the boring bit, which I feel obliged to tell you. It sounds like something you would write on a form, but oh well XD My lessons are pretty fun and amazing, but Art and Graphics and English all involve doing quite a lot of annoying work, so, yeah. :-P

Now on to the more interesting stuff. I am a MASSIVE fan of Harry Potter! :-D I love everything Harry Potter and, quite frankly, my whole life revolves around it. :-D That and college. :-) I have a Pottermore account, in case you are interested: HazelGold37 :-D Add me if you like, but I probably won't add you unless I have met you in real life, sorry :-L (By the way, I found the Magic Quill on the second day, but still worked out and found the other Quills because I am a massive nerd, I mean awesome person! XD)

Now I feel is the time to mention our pets. :-) Me and my brother both have Guinea Pigs (mine is named after the Doctor :3) and we have two cats; Rory and Emily. :-) I'm not going to lie, our pets are pretty amazing. :-D

When I'm not at college I spend a lot of my time on my laptop doing homework, playing video games, watching TV and reading (mainly Harry Potter, ha ha XD Art thou surprised? XD).

For all of you gamers out there, I shall now talk about video games. :-) I am a pretty retro gamer, mostly playing Playstation One and Two games, and Game Boy Colour and Advance games on my pink Game Boy Advance SP. :-) We do have a Wii, which I used to play quite a lot, until college took over my life. :-P My brother has a Xbox 360 and I sometimes play it with him but I never really got the appeal of Call of Duty, to be perfectly honest. :-P I do like playing Lego Harry Potter on it though. XD

Most of the games I play are Harry Potter, but I do play other things like Mario Kart Wii, Spyro the Dragon, Tomb Raider, Pokemon (only first gen. for me XD) and other random things. :-) Video games are a big part of my childhood, along with Harry Potter. :3 Ahh, nostalgia. :-D

Okay, now to talk about music. :-) I have a really weird taste in music; I like everything from Hannah Montana to Alice Cooper to Shania Twain. XP So, basically, I like most music, as long as it doesn't involve swearing or rapping. :-) However, Rachel did let me listen to a Die Antwoord song called “In Your Face”, which featured quite a bit of swearing and rapping, but I really liked it, so there you go. :-P

A few final things: I hate swearing, I collect postcards, I wear a fair few bracelets and badges, my bedroom is always a mess, I am perfectionist (but not when it comes to my bedroom XD), I use more than my fair share of smiley faces :-) :-D XD XP, my favourite colour is pink, I actually LIKE Professor Umbridge from Harry Potter :3, I love my friends and my favourite artist is Franz Marc. :-D

That's about all I can think of right now. :-)
